2022 - 2023As a seasoned Senior Vice President of Experience Design, I led the assembly, management, and mentorship of cross-functional teams dedicated to delivering exceptional experiential, digital product, and website projects for diverse clients. I spearheaded initiatives to push boundaries in immersive technology experiences, pioneering avant-garde engagements such as Augmented Reality, AI-driven projects, and predictive data-generated websites, thus aiding Digitas clients in expanding their horizons. 2020 - 2022Managing 20+ creatives for AKQA’s NYC studio. Overseeing all creative direction across AKQA’s tech and healthcare clients such as Mayo Clinic and IBM, with a focus on product design, visual identity and branding. Creating project concepts for client, overseeing the creation of prototypes, design systems, development hand off, user testing and QA. This role is a split focus overseeing UX, design and copy while heavily collaborating with strategy.

2018 - 2020Remotely ran, operated and oversaw Virtue Worldwide’s design studio. Lead a team of 10 remote designers and creatives from all over North and parts of South America. Set up a team to create award winning branding, product and campaign work for clients looking to leverage the edge and youth of Virtue’s alignment with Vice Media. This role involved setting up a team, creating internal processes as well as pitching work, collaborating with a creative department, project management and producers to create ground breaking work. Oversaw a full rebrand of Virtue Worldwide, while collaborating with leadership from Vice Media Group.

2016 to 2018Administered the branded content studio at The Washington Post. Developed the direction and branding of the studio, created products to bring to market, pitched to clients and answered RFPs, and oversaw the build and execution of each live project.
Governed a team of 7 working across pre-sale and post-sale, created strategies, and answered RFPs.
Collaborated closely with ad innovation to create tech-driven, user-targeted ad products to promote the brand studio’s work.
Championed an innovation team that created and tested in-house projects before bringing to them market; these include augmented reality, virtual reality, 360 videos, and AI.
Hired the creative team including designers, strategist and developer; led studio business strategy development on working with clients, pitching projects, productizing the studio, etc; created custom templates and ad products for the studio. -

Conceived, managed and hired the creative design team at The New York Times T-Brand Studio. By managing a team of 10 designers, focused across pre-sale and post-sale, won work leading to multi-million-dollar deals and great storytelling that kept clients coming back; work was completed for companies including Shell and GE.
Teamed with clients and their agencies during the post-sale process to create interactive articles that supported KPIs, while also creating all the supporting promotional material to surround each interactive piece;
Hired the creative team, and lead the studios business strategy.
